Fundraising for Maggie’s Centres
From walking over hot coals to scaling the Kelpies, the Smith Anderson team have been raising money for Maggie's Centres this year, with the Kelpies climb alone bringing in £1,805.
At Smith Anderson the team aren’t afraid of a challenge when it comes to a cause we believe in. Earlier this year the team literally walked over hot coals to raise money for Maggie’s Centres and this summer the braver members of our team scaled new heights by undertaking the Kelpie’s Aerial Experience. This exhilarating climb through the world’s largest equine sculpture culminates in an abseil or a rope drop back down to solid ground.
This is a cause very close to our heart and we’re proud to be long time supporters of Maggie’s Centres. Through their centres they provide cancer patients and their families with critical support when they need it most. Thanks to the teams efforts we were able to raise a total of £1,805 for this fantastic cause.
